Automated shipping costs are Estimates Only: JJWohlfert's Customer Service will contact you with shipping details, accurate costs, and a general schedule.
Most rosette and block orders range from $12.50 to $35 S&H while the typical trim order ranges from $45 to $170. JJWohlfert's will email you with your accurate shipping cost. Select items are listed with "Free Shipping" if the computer adds shipping into your order we will correct this manually to make sure you receive your credit. As the system is updated this glitch will end.
The many variables that affect shipping:
JJWohlferts offers lengths from 6-16 foot (based on the availability of longs at the time)
6 ft - 8 ft lengths can ship UPS
All lengths eight foot and under can ship via United Postal Service (www.UPS.com)
Seven and eight foot trim orders ship UPS Ground "Oversize".
9 ft - 11 ft ship freight without a surcharge
12 ft - 16 ft ship freight with a surcharge
Shipping long lengths or orders over 90 pounds take more logistical planning than shipping lengths
eight foot and under. Large or long-length orders are shipped by common carrier (LTL). We have had
great results shipping to the east coast, the west coast and places in between.

Commercial: loading dock or lift-gate needed?
Residential Delivery (on rare occasions, with LTL shipments, large trucks are not permitted in residential areas, we can work around this.)

Scheduling:
Most orders ship from our factory within two weeks. Anyone needing one-week-turn-around should request information about "Rush Orders" as you place your order. Those with a more relaxed schedule can save a few dollars by selecting the "2-3 week" ship date. JJWohlferts customer service can give general delivery time frames, however, we do not have direct influence over carrier schedules.
'Ship Date': means the Day the shipping company Picks Up the order. It is common for Shipments to require a few days in transit. JJWohlferts can often give general expectations of how long your order will be in transit, we can help with tracking questions, and we carefully choose reliable shipping partners; however we cannot guarantee transit times. Exact Schedule Shipping: It is possible to purchase Guaranteed shipment scheduling by special request.
Rush: Request Priority Scheduling: JJWohlferts offers priority scheduling. The exact timing is determined on a case by case basis. Most orders are completed in a first-come-first-serve fashion; Rush orders are fit into the schedule by request when there is room in our calendar to do so.

While JJWohlferts runs primarily Oak and Hard Poplar we will quote other woods by request.
Direct From the Manufacturer
When you buy from www.JJWohlferts.com you are buying direct from the manufacturer. JJWohlferts prices mouldings according to wood type, thickness then width. Setup fees are charged according to profile difficulty and whether or not it is a designated Stock Item.
No Minimum Order - Low Setup Fees
JJWohlferts does not have minimum orders. Short run orders (less than 100 lineal feet) are welcome. Setup fees apply to short run orders to offset the machine setup time. Select profiles have no Setup fees.
No Order Too Big
If you are requiring 1000+ feet of any one profile or a large combination order please Fax (989) 593-2121 for a Large Job Quote. Large Commercial Orders and Repeat Commercial orders may qualify for a volume discounts.
